Learn Bridge
Bridge Project Management brings your projects, tasks, inventory, files, and people into one workspace. Use it for a personal plan, a shared team project, or your day-to-day business operations.
Start with one useful job
Choose the smallest workflow that helps you today:
If this is your first visit, sign in and choose your workspace.
- Organize a project: keep the work and its files together.
- Plan the next task: decide what happens next and who owns it.
- Find your inventory: locate an item and review its quantity or location.
- Share files or request an upload: make the next handoff clear.
- Add people and choose access: bring someone into the right work.
- Prepare to work offline: download what your iPhone or iPad will need.
Open Bridge on the web to get started. You can learn a single tool first; there is no need to set up every area before doing useful work.
Follow a guide, then go deeper
Each guide starts with the ordinary workflow. Optional controls and exceptions follow later. The labels and available actions depend on your app version, workspace, and permissions.
The version menu lets you select a documentation snapshot or the Working draft. A snapshot records the mobile and web source versions reviewed for that guide set. It does not establish which build your workspace is running. Read Release coverage when comparing builds.
About these first guides
These guides have been reviewed against the application source. Real screenshots and recorded walkthroughs are being prepared in a demo workspace. Until those checks are complete, use the troubleshooting notes if a screen or action differs from your build.
Projects, Tasks, Inventory, and Files are the core release areas. Business Phone and advanced search have beta conditions. Planned features such as Timeclock, Actions, the public API, MCP integrations, project schedules, invoicing, and Android are explained separately from available workflows.
